WORK 1-ON-1 ON YOUR
GOLF PSYCHOLOGY

In order to improve your mental game, and ultimately your scores, you have to put in the work.

This work has an arch that usually looks like this:

  1. perform

  2. evaluate

  3. analyze

  4. improve

  5. repeat

And throughout all of those steps, the most important factor: communication.

So for us, the arch will look like:

  1. play in competitive environment

  2. we evaluate your competition

  3. we analyze where you could improve

  4. you do the work of improving those areas

  5. apply it in a competitive environment

In doing our sessions over the phone or video call, this is where the progress happens: through discussing your strengths and weakness, where your game usually breaks down, improving your weaknesses, and working through all of it together.

Josh works with players all across the globe, both in-person and via phone/video call. So the best news is, wherever you are you can improve your mental performance and work towards lowering your scores.

See long-term improvement

The journey of improvement isn't always a clean, straight path. It's more like a hike through the mountains. Sometimes you have to go down to go up further, there are lots of obstacles on the path, and you have to be ok with how long it takes.

That's part of working on your mental game: becoming less and less dependent on quick results, and more interested in focusing on the long-term journey of improvement.

But even still, the desire is to get results; to improve your game, to reach a huge dream goal, or just to enjoy the game more like you used to.

So we will always be working toward accomplishing your goals, whether they happen tomorrow or months or years from now.
