You will provide:

  1. Strokes Gained stats

  2. Or basic stats

  3. Or if you don't take stats, your assessment of the different parts of your game

  4. Your time availability (how many days per week, hours per day, and time during the days you're available to practice and play)​​

  5. Info you believe is relevant to building your practice plan
